2. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

3. What is your term of payment?
A: The deposit is 50% of the total order amount. Customer need to pay the deposit within 7 working days after confirming the order to initiate production. The final payment need to pay before shipment once production is complete. This ensures smooth production and protects the advantage of both parties.
4. Can you accept the Alibaba trade insurance oder?
A: Yes, of course. We are happy to use Trade insurance to confirm the order on Alibaba.
5. Can you supply the sample?
A:Our MOQ is 1 set per order, customers could purchase 1 set as a test order for the first. If our products meet the needs,we could apply repeat purchase discount for you. If your subsequent order reaches the request, the sample fee will be refunded as a discount (or deducted from the total order amount).
6. When you can delivery the goods?
